Return and Exchange Terms
At Faal Parts, we value customer satisfaction. Returns and exchanges for products you have purchased are processed according to the conditions outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, consumers have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All accessories included with the product must be returned complete.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or assembled products.
Return Process
You must notify us of your return request by contacting us with your order number. For approved return requests, the product must be sent to the address provided.
Once the returned product reaches us, the necessary checks will be carried out, and if it meets the return conditions, the product price will be refunded to you via the method you used for payment within a maximum of 14 days.
