Shipping Policy

Orders placed through Faal Parts are processed and shipped after payment confirmation is received. Order preparation and shipping times may vary depending on product type and stock availability.
2. Shipping Time

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation.

Public holidays and weekends are not counted as working days.

For custom-made or out-of-stock items, the shipping time may be communicated to the customer separately.
3. Shipping Company and Delivery
Shipments are made via contracted courier companies. Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's location.
Faal Parts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company; however, support will be provided where necessary.
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are clearly stated to the customer at the time of ordering.

Shipping may be free or discounted during promotional periods.

5. Inspection at the Time of Delivery
It is important to check the package in the presence of the delivery person when you receive your order.
If damaged or missing items are found, a report must be filed and we must be contacted.
Damage reports that are not documented may not be considered.
6. Responsibility for Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address specified during the order is accurate and complete. Any additional costs arising from delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the buyer.
7. Undeliverable Shipments
For orders that cannot be delivered by the shipping company and are returned to us, an additional shipping fee may be charged for reshipment.
